Field to Table Performance - As a hunter and cook, there is nothing more amazing to me than harvesting ethical organic protein and preparing that food for my family. My knives are a key element to that entire process so I have very high expectation of their performance. Combing these passions with my technical abilities, I build knives that are not only functional works of art but knives that perform in the field or kitchen with the precision and durability that I would demand as a customer.”
